Nancy Hoke joined the Providence ALS Center as a Nurse Coordinator in 2009. She works closely with patients and families to guide them through their ALS journey. She coordinates care within the multidisciplinary team, identifying needs, following up on treatment plans, providing ongoing support, and connecting with providers and resources. She is also involved in our ALS clinical trials program. Nancy was awarded the Providence Spirit of Emilie Mission Inspiration Award in 2016.
Prior to joining Providence, Nancy worked for 18 years in ICU and trauma. She has also enjoyed practicing in the areas of nursing education, toxicology, trauma research, ENT research, and parish nursing. She has participated in several medical mission trips to impoverished countries, with a focus on primary care.
