Appointment was for 9 am, asked to be there at 845. Arrived, didn't see Dr until about 935. The MA who took us back and di initial vitals we very curt and, unfriendly. Front desk person was very nice and the Dr was excellent. Kind and caring. Great explanations and explained plan of care.
