While Dr McCoy didn't dilly dally through the appointment, I felt as if he took the time I needed to address my questions and evaluate my health and well being. I have multiple health issues and he inquired about each one, and took time to consider several not-worth-an-appointment things I had saved up. We were able to touch on each of my concerns, even though we ran a little over. If he is running late, I do not mind waiting a little longer to get started on appointments I may have with him because I know he is giving the same thorough care to others as he gives to me and my family members when needed.

Dr.McCoy and his team listen carefully and address every concern I have and never make me feel rushed during my visit. I've never had a provider as thorough and shows as much genuine concern before. No matter how many issues or questions I have, Dr. McCoy makes sure that every one of them is addressed and even reviews everything one more time before he leaves the room. Dr. McCoy has identified some serious issues with my health and has addressed them promptly so I feel like I am getting really caring, competent medical care.

Within the last three months I had not been to the doctor; hence my responses to those questions.Dr. McCoy gets the highest marks possible. He is an excellent provider.

While this visit I was able to get shortly after my doctor responded to my message (after 5 days), in the past it has been difficult to get in to see my doctor at a reasonable time or to get ahold of the office. This last time the response was much better so hopefully it will improve for the future. I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. McCoy. He was very attentive and asked if there was anything else I wanted to discuss, which made me feel he cared. Thank you!

Dr McCoy is a great doctor. He listens to my concerns and shows that he cares. My issues require a rheumatologist so it's not all areas that a PCP can help with. He still supports me and has helped me get a referral to a Providence rheumatologist so I no longer need to see the independent rheumatologist who offered no help. I appreciate have Dr McCoy as my primary provider.

He explained to me what symptoms are present when I am in danger, and I have been experiencing several. He told me in absolute terms what I need to do to get through this, and I have taken heed.
