About Jennifer V. Jackson

“I believe in educating and empowering women about their health. I like to make sure my patients are well-informed about what is happening and why,” says Jennifer Jackson, M.D.

“Women like to be informed. I can perform a surgery, deliver a baby, and make important decisions in critical moments. But it is equally important to take the time to make sure patients understand,” she says.

Dr. Jackson provides both obstetric and gynecologic care, but her heart gravitates to labor and delivery where she feels it is a privilege to serve women and their families.

“I have always felt a strong connection with my patients during their pregnancies and through delivery. No matter how many babies I have delivered, I always feel that each experience is unique and special.”

She is also passionate about creating efficiencies to support the best outcomes and uses technology to her advantage to keep things running smoothly in her practice. She has contributed greatly to helping her colleagues with improvements in the electronic medical record.

Dr. Jackson grew up in southern Oregon. She enjoys outdoor recreation and time with her husband and children.
