Dr. Andrews graduated with honors from both Stanford University, where he received his undergraduate degree, and the University of Florida College of Medicine. He then completed his internship and residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at UCLA. Dedicated to furthering his expertise in laryngology and voice disorders, Dr. Andrews then completed a fellowship in Laryngology and Care of the Professional Voice at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Andrews has been recognized as one of “America’s Top Physicians” by the Consumers’ Research Council of America, by “Best Doctors in Los Angeles” and “Southern California Super Doctors”. He has also been selected by “Best Doctors in America” every year since 2005. As a leader in the medical community, Dr. Andrews has served as President of both the Los Angeles Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the Bay Surgical Society. Dr. Andrews is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and American Laryngological Association. Dr. Andrews has published numerous papers in peer reviewed journals, written several textbook chapters and has made many national and international presentations in the field of laryngology. In addition to his practice obligations, Dr. Andrews has volunteered his services at the Venice Family Clinic and has made international medical missions to Kenya and Guatemala to provide care to those in need.
