Liz graduated from University of Minnesota - Twin Cities Occupational Therapy program in 2008 and obtained her Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT) in 2013. She is passionate about her profession and its central role in returning people to meaningful occupation and overall well-being. Her expertise includes upper extremity rehabilitation, concussion rehabilitation, orthosis fabrication and persistent pain. She currently practices at Providence Sports Care Center where she works with athletes of all levels and the general population to maximize functional independence and return to meaningful activity. She enjoys volunteering for the Occupational Therapy Association of Oregon (OTAO) and is the current President of that association. She is the Clinical Advanced Program Lead for the concussion clinicians within Providence's concussion program. Liz enjoys spending time with her husband, pets and dear friends while mountain biking, hiking, running and appreciating live music. She is active in the state board – Occupational Therapy Association of Oregon and loves to travel.
