Banafsheh Bayati, MD

Dr. Banafsheh Bayati has been in private practice in Santa Monica since 2004. She graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine. She completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a special interest in adolescent gynecology at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Bayati's practice now serves women from adolescence to menopause. With an emphasis on preventative health, she practice holistic medicine with compassion and a listening ear. she believes our attitude and approach to life significantly impacts our health. A positive outlook, regular exercise, mindful eating, stress management, and caring relationships combined with regular visits to a knowledgeable, empathic physician forms the fountain of youth. Simply stated, but difficult to achieve, these goals are addressed regularly in her practice.

Dr. Beyati became a doctor because she loves to learn and to teach. With gratitude, she continues to develop her career through continuing education in medicine including the field of genetics and minimally invasive surgery. Her passion is obstetrics. She takes pride in her deliveries, being as present as possible and knowing her patients well.
