Dr. Abou-Harb was excellent with both my daughter and myself. Extremely pleased with our interaction and follow up.Providence Patient
i dont feel like he took our issues seriously and i will be looking into other gi doctors to get the right careProvidence Patient
I felt this provider genuinely cared about the health of our little one and went above and beyond to help us out . really appreciate all the kindness from this staff .Providence Patient
It was a very good experience! Very happy with the provider and the information he provided.Providence Patient
This doctor was very smart. however, he told my son that he cannot prescribe him a med and make everything ok. He said it twice so I spoke up and said that my son will refuse Tylenol for a headache and is not looking for a med to make it all go away. then he mentioned it 1 more time. so, bedside manner did not settle well regarding his comments. I firmly believe that when a health care provider forms judgement on a patient before meeting the patient should take a refresher course on listening to their patient first and foremost because theyre explanation of symptoms is just as important as reading a chart.Providence Patient
He was very condescending & belittling at all 3 appointments we had with him. I never felt like he heard what we had to say. I will need to go to Seattle for the rest of the care for my baby.Providence Patient
Dr. Abou-Harb was answered all our questions. Was patient and attentive to ALL my 8 year old question.Providence Patient
I was very happy with our dr. visit, I appreciated that Dr. Abou-Harb spoke directly to our son and explained to him what was happening, he showed respect towards our son by involving him in the visit and speaking with him directly.Providence Patient
The doctor was unprepared for our visit. We had checked to make sure scans and bloodwork had been sent to his office but he did not have it, even though it had been sent. He was not compassionate towards our child. He kept mentioning how overworked he is and how he didn't have time to discuss our daughters condition. He claimed he had never spoken to our primary care doctor, even though We were in her office while she called him and he told her what to do for our daughter since he was unavailable to see her for a month. Worst doctor experience we have had and will not be returning.Providence Patient
[...] very pleased with their attentiveness and how personable they both were.Providence Patient
it was good experience [...]Providence Patient
He listened to all concerns and included our daughter in the conversation, not talking over her. He actively began looking for solutions and gave us hope.Providence Patient
Very rude impersonable, and changed his mind about what was wrong with my son.Providence Patient
I had no issue getting a referral from our primary office. However, getting scheduled in this office is difficult even after my son had already been seen 9 months prior to this last visit. [...]Providence Patient
