Ilana Hull, MD, was inspired to become a physician because it combines her love of science, interest in public health and desire to work with patients on an individual level. "I chose family medicine so I could focus on wellness and work with patients at all stages of life," she says.
In her medical practice today, Dr. Hill takes a whole-person approach to care. "I believe that a patient's physical and emotional health must be addressed together," she shares. "Health extends beyond the clinic, and I enjoy partnering with my patients to make healthy choices and adopt healthy lifestyles."
Dr. Hull received her medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland. She also earned a Master of Science degree in Health Policy Planning and Finance from the London School of Economics and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in the United Kingdom.
Born and raised in Upstate New York, Dr. Hull moved to Oregon before medical school to work for the Oregon Legislature and the Oregon State Office for Health Policy and Research. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and son.
