I received my undergraduate degree from Reed College, then was a research assistant at Oregon Regional Primate Research Center. I completed my residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. I was born in Portland and have lived here most of my life. I moved to Philadelphia for awhile, but decided to return to the Pacific NW to attend medical school and have been here ever since. I have a general pediatrics practice because i enjoy the variety that it presents. I like getting to know my families and watch my patients as they grow and develop. My patients make me laugh every day, which is good for my health! I like being outdoors, and enjoy hiking and biking. When I’m stuck inside on rainy days, I like to read, cook and knit. I follow the immunization schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and believe it is safe for all children. Dr. Bledsoe was elected as a top doctor in Portland Monthly’s 2014-2018 “Top Docs and Nurses” feature.
