About John D. O'Boyle

Dr. O’Boyle is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist. He joined PRCS in September 2018. Prior to moving to Washington, he was assigned as a clinical provider and faculty member for the residency and fellowship programs at Walter Reed Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. Dr. O'Boyle earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD. He completed a residency in OB-GYN at the San Diego Naval Medical Center, and a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. O'Boyle is an active leader with his professional organization (ACOG). His practice is focused on the treatment of women with gynecologic cancer, pre-cancer, and complex gynecologic problems, to include robotic and other minimally invasive surgery. He is committed to a collaborative multi-disciplinary approach and to working closely with patients and families to achieve best outcomes.
