Dr Kwak is an exceptional physician. I followed her from her earlier practice to her current location. She is very knowledgeable with regards to identifying and treating my skin issues. She has an excellent "touch" in removing growths and other surgeries . She seems genuinely interested in me as a patient/client and references previous conversations when we discuss my current issues. I recommend her to my friends. Just an excellent doctor.

My first experience with this provider was very pleasant and informative.

Dr Kwak and her team are always respectful and very professional. I used the message function of mychart to show a skin spot and ask for opinion. Response was quick and then they called me to set up an appointment! I got in the following week! Great response time!

I waited for 6-8 months for my appointment with Dr. Kwak and had multiple areas in question for her to assess. During my appointment, she seemed rushed and hurriedly answered my questions. However, she did follow-up with my requests on My Chart and thoroughly answered all of my questions.

Provider answered my questions, was patient and informative; advised follow-up appointment, All good.

I really like that Dr. Kwak is efficient and thorough. She does excellent work. Sometimes I have to ask questions rather than passively receive information. However, I prefer a Provider who communicates directly, Is efficient with our time, and does a good job over someone who talks down to mea and rushes me through the appointment.

My provider has helped me in so many ways. She has really changed my whole life for the better. She has stuck with me and helped me till we found a medication that really help my medical condition. She has taken the time to explain everything to me and has followed up with me on a regular basis to be sure treatment is working and my condition has gotten better.

I called the office with skin discomfort. I was able to get in to see the doctor in two days. She diagnosised my condition and wrote a prescription. If the condition persists I am confident I will get the care and treatment needed. I am very happy with the experience.
