Dr bales is a very professional and pleasant person. His place of practice, the Spaulding location, was unknown to me prior, but was welcoming and filled with a great front end staff that created an easy to navigate path of treatment. During each visit I found him to be approachable, personable, well spoken and knowledgeable. Didn't allow any impression of being rushed or trying to control the conversation in order to save time. His ability to communicate precisely, even when I was trying to poorly describe what lead me there and what I was trying to accomplish allowed me to form a clear path forward for my treatment. Ultimately his ability to inform my areas of ignorance led me to a different specialist who assured me that the advice Dr bales had given me was authentic and highly recommended my to seek the care he originally presented for me which was his area of specificity. I'm pleased and grateful for the care he has and will continue to provide for me. Thank you.

Very impressed with time spent and care given by all in the clinic. KADLEC has proven to be outstanding in all areas of our health care.

Dr Bales is such a great doctor. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me two injections (surprisingly not that painful) which gave me great results in 1-3 days (one shot fixed my pain in less than 24 hours and the other helped in 3 days). He is very caring and compassionate. Great doctor whom I highly recommend to anyone with hand pain.

Had appointment with a nurse practitioner who was excellent. She wanted a doctor to explain a surgical option and with a short wait was able to see Dr. Bales, thereby understanding my treatment options without a second appointment.

I am a school teacher and I was impressed with the way that he explained the surgical procedures to me (the first round), and on my second visit, he recommended I go to a rheumatologist and was quick to explain why. Dr. Bales is extremely skilled and most knowledgeable about the hand and arm surgery he performs. His medical support Individuals, nurses, the sandman, etc. Are good communicators. I was well taken care of before during and after the carpel tunnel surgery and surgery on my elbow (medical name I forget). I never felt anxious at any time during my time there.

I have never been treated by an orthopedic surgeon so I was very scared if Dr. Bale's was going to be a good surgeon or not but after coming out of anesthesia I was quickly reassured by how he put me at ease. I felt very comfortable that I was in good hands.
