Dr Gavin explained the symptoms and procedure necessary to remove a tumor from my bladder. From my first visit he was compassionate and listened to my fears of recurring cancer; I have been in remission for AML for 20 years. Trusting and putting oneself in the care of another is not an easy decision, but with Dr Gavin I felt comfortable from my first encounter.

Dr. Gavin explains medical issues in a way that is easily understandable. He listens to concerns and is respectful to my questions.

Dr Gavin is very personable and friendly with a sense of humor. He did not know my medical history and deflected most of my questions and concerns about the procedure. He did follow up with testing after our visit but I found out about it through my regular provider and not the Kadlec.

Saw provider for first time. He took written notes of my answers to his questions. Ordered tests which I have not taken yet and scheduled an apt after testing. I like this provider and feel he will take care of me and find out what is wrong.

It just took longer than anticipated to have a scheduler contact me. Roughly waited 2 weeks to connect with a scheduler. Dr. Gavin was terrific and the appointment went as expected.

Dr Gavin spent a good amount of time with me discussing my prostate treatment and options. He asked several times if I understood what he was saying and asked if I had any questions as we went along. He listened attentively and answered my questions and concerns frankly and honestly. By the time he was finished explaining my options I had a clear understanding of what I wanted to do.When I told him about a femoral bypass I had, told me that might be a problem for him when he did the surgery and that he did not feel comfortable doing the surgery and referred me to another doctor. I was impressed by his candor and that he had a solution and referral for me.I am very pleased with my visit and Dr Gavin and will recommend him to any and all people I know who may need his services.I couldn't be happier with my experience!THANK YOU DR.
