Always good. Last year during Covid at my "primary care Drs office, the receptionists were not nice at all. Things have gotten much better now in 2024.

I was very happy with my visit with the doctor

The ultra sound that was performed on my right thigh and calf was very complete more so than the one I had back in early 2021. It gave me a better look at what was going on in my right leg, particularly the deep veins and the superficial veins. Dr. Lee explained my condition very well to me. I understood what he had to say and the resolution, 30-40 mmHg compression sock. I like his conservative approach. Dr. Lee is an excellent vascular doctor. Thank you, Dr. Lee!

Dr. Spent less than a minute telling me how things were and what was going to happen. I felt like I was a distraction in his day, Maybe he had more appts than usual or some other patient put him behind schedule, it just seem rushed.

I know all Drs. Are very busy, still they need to be patience with patients and make sure that they are comfortable to ask questions and spend the time to make sure that your patients understand and giving them the time to ask questions. Don't be in a hurry to get to another patient. All things are easy and normal to the Dr. , but to most patients that are scared, confused , worries and nervousMake sure that your patients are comforted at ease and trust you to ask may be stupid questions to you , but to them they don't know much about the procedure that they will admit into.

Dr Lee was clear with his information. He was very professional & positive.

This was related to varicose vein symptoms and concerns. Appropriate care was provided and all providers were courteous, professional and listened to my concerns. I had good experiences with all parties involved in my two visits to this clinic.
