Norma sent me to Spokane 5 years ago where they diagnosed me with pancreatic cancer. She saved my life.

I had trouble with my phone for a virtual appoint & the staff person was very good & patient trying to get the virtual visit working. After working diligently to get the virtual appoint set up the Dr went ahead & okd me to come into the office & I was able to go in & See the Dr & do what I needed to get done to set up my colonoscopy. The staff were ALL very helpful & cordial & got done what was needed to be done. Thank you!

Norma was very friendly and knowledgeable about my possible condition(s) and offered two tests and medication to ease my discomfort and pain until a more thorough diagnoses can be reached. I found her to be quite knowledgeable.

There needs to be more Dr.'s like Norma Garcia she is extremely thorough, she made sure I understand everything. Tests were ordered to help find the issue ,gave things I can do at home to help. I really felt valued and heard. Nora is amazing!

Norma Garcia was very knowledgeable about my health issue and has ordered appropriate tests. However It took a month to get in to see her and I am still waiting for the test to get scheduled , which will be at least another month. So for my extreme stomach painI will be dealing with it for three months before any tests to find the problem. Norma is very helpful, but the Gastro practice is lacking in efficient care in a reasonable time.

She goes up and beyond. She has help me get started on my Stelara. She even offered to meet on her day off to get the paperwork done. So she could get it faxed. She knows what she is talking about.

Care provider was rude and invalidating. She was not attentive and made it uncomfortable for me to ask important questions. She verbalized her annoyance with the amount of referral she received and made me feel like an Inconvenience. The office was great but the care provider I saw made it an overall negative experience.

My Dr was very professional I would definitely recommend anyone to her. She understood everything that was going on and knew exactly what to looked for.

She was very thorough with her questions and when we spoke about my surgeries she was honest about her limited experience with the internal J Pouch that I have, which I appreciated.

Norma was great but waiting 4 months for a endoscopy is ridiculous.
