Great team! Work well together, answers questions, interested in how I am feeling, any new items to try or change. Have me on an eight week schedule and appointments are generally set up in advance. Also sends reminders etc.

We had very bad roads and ended up being late. She was willing to still see me. Our trip is usually an hour and a half, so it would be a pain to have to come back. I appreciate their patience. I use try to be early and they work me in.

Make future appointments before I leave as I am on an eight week regiment for Knee arthritis etc. I was able to check-in easily even though the front office was also busy training new clerks. IV staff is patient and caring. Assistant and Dr Hart are caring and ask questions as well as being great listeners.

Jeanette is a very good health care provider, she is on top of my healthcare and will call me if I need to follow up with my PCP based on my labs.

I drive an hour to this Provider because of the level of quality in her care and the professionalism of the entire staff! I have been a patient of this clinic for many years. To me... Jeannette and her team takes each patient and individually creates a health plan to maximize the outcome. Over and over, day after day... The team cares and pushes the envelope for us. We trust them. They trust us. Period. I am sixty years old, and RA isn't going to make it easy for me to age gracefully without pain. So, I lean into my RA team and I know the minute I call... They will respond. Everytime! The medical field has changed so much over the past ten years, but I'm confident in Kadlec!

I have been going to Kadlec clinic rheumatology for several years now, and they are like family to me. I would not go anywhere else. They truly care about my well being.

Answer to tests ordered... No one calls but I receive the results by email and patient portal almost immediately. Jeanette is a fantastic provider that I genuinely feel has my best interests at heart.
