I have never met Carla McGee before, but both she and the assistant nurse were excellent, both knowledgeable and cordial. I felt very comfortable, and they spent ample time listening to my concerns and answering my questions. I was very pleased!

Karla seems to relate to me nicely and has delt with some of the same issues as I have. She also ordered comprehensive blood work when I was concerned about tiredness and I appreciated that. I needed to rule out that my tiredness was physical.

Karla was very knowledgeable about the prescription that I needed to renew. She also advised me to continue another medication on my list that I was considering dropping. She was kind, respectful, and to-the-point. I was very pleased that I was able to get a last-minute appointment with her, even though she isn't my usual PCP. Great experience in every aspect.

I attempted to us the online system through Mychart to schedule an appointment. This was unsuccessful to obtain an appointment in a timely manner. I the called the clini instead to explain the urgent nature of my situation. I Then was able to get an appointment that same day! Check-in process was seamless. They let me know that Karla was running late. It was VERY nice to get that information up front. Karla and her MA were friendly, kind, humorous yet professional and extremely informative about my situation.
