The whole team was helpful and responsive. My only issue is I had to wait six months to get into see Dr. Cruz. As a new patient who moved from out of state, it was a very long wait. Worth it, but still a very long wait.

Have been seeing this provider for 5 years following a serious hospitalization for sepsis pneumonia Initially when we were new to each other I felt communication could have been better but now after 5 years of building a great doctor patient relationship I have only very positive feedback regarding this provider. He is knowledgeable current in his field . Offers options to patient regarding treatments and also gives best advice. Seems to remember my backstory and condition without having to dig through too much of my chart. One of the best doctors I've had In my life. He is personable ,warm and very smart.

Staff called me months ago for a sleep study. I explained I had been referred for a lung consult. The continued to call about the sleep consult.
