Dr. Jaleh Rahimi chose family medicine because it allows her to see patients of all ages. “My hope is that I get to work with whole families, from babies to grandparents, as our families and communities influence our health a lot more than an annual visit,” she says.
Dr. Rahimi believes her role as a provider is to work with her patients to develop plans for their health that keep them pursuing their goals in life. “I try to balance the science and the art of medicine in the planning process because I recognize every patient has different priorities and goals,” she says.
Dr. Rahimi earned her undergraduate degree in microbiology from Oregon State University. She received her medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University and completed her internship and residency with PeaceHealth Family Medicine Southwest Washington.
Born and raised in Oregon, Dr. Rahimi loves the state for its natural beauty. In her free time she can be found outdoors, playing music, or making food for family or friends. Dr. Olson speaks Spanish and English.
