Awesome provider!!

I was referred to Dr Fralich for eligibility for a specific procedure to alleviate chronic achilles tendon issues. She had my MRI, verified all the information she understood from the report, did more imaging and explained clearly how the newest imaging confirmed the MRI findings plus in noted two more data pieces from the new imaging. We discussed the repercussions of this newest information and made a plan to proceed. She was very thorough, positive, knowledgeable and data driven - terrific!

Dr. Fralich is thorough, knowledgeable in her field, and excellent about presenting treatment options. She is sympathetic but straightforward. She and her team are the best!

Dr. Fralich was personable, polite, & clinically knowledgeable. I appreciate her insight & wisdom about my condition, along with listening to my concerns & answering questions. I'm very glad to be under the auspices of her care. I also want to give a shout out to the Radiology tech who was attentive, kind & professional.

Dr.Fralich is an experienced, very knowledgable and engaging provider. She has seen everyone in my family and I could not recommend her more highly, she has been amazing with our sports medicine concerns. Her exam is excellent, her bedside manner is outstanding and the way she is able to explain things to make them understandable is great. She has a good plan, when you walk out the office you know what she is thinking, the plan for future care and follow-up. Providence is lucky to have such an exceptional provider.

Dr. Frahlich was amazing. She was kind and courteous and answered all of our questions about the injury. She was able to give us the information we needed and was able to understand what we needed to do to help recover from the injury. We were vver pleased and very impressed with Dr. Frahlich. Even our daughter said the she wished Dr. Frahlich could be her regular doctor.

Dr. Fralich provided me with an amazing experience. Over the last couple of years I have felt very dismissed and diminished by other providers. This was my first time to her practice. She had obviously read my chart, was very knowledgeable, took her time with me and did not feel rushed and listened and appeared caring. I couldn't speak higher if her. Very impressed.

Dr Fralich has given me options and solutions to an orthopedic problem. My earlier provider just told me to live with it, and don't move it to make it hurt. I now have hope of regaining full use of my arm

Dr. Fralich was amazing. One of the very best doctors I've ever seen. The Receptionist was pretty hard to get ahold of to schedule the appointment.

I received the best care at this facility. Dr. Laura was kind, caring and respectful of everything that I had to say. She explained everything thoroughly and my procedure went very well with NO pain whatsoever. I had to drive from Yakima for this procedure and wouldn't hesitate to do it again if I have any problems in the future.

Dr. Fralich is amazing - she has made the biggest difference in my healing from a bad injury that other providers at a different practice failed to diagnose and treat properly. Not only is she extremely competent, but she is warm and compassionate, explains things clearly, checks in that I understand, and always makes it feel like she has time for all my questions. The way she provides care has as big an impact as the care itself. I live far away, but will never change providers! I would follow her if she changed locations. It's not possible to do justice with words the experience of getting such a good doctor after a bad injury and bad experiences with different doctors. Dr. Fralich is absolutely amazing. Listened to all my concerns, diagnostic exam of my shoulder was very complete, talked to me like a friend and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Dr. Fralich is one of the finest in Spokane and highly recommended in my opinion. Very glad I saw her to understand and on going issue I have had.
