I have seem Dr. Potter towards a different diagnosis. I intentionally saw to my new appointment with him, with his very thorough examination.

The sports medicine clinic where I saw Dr. Potter was very well organized. Getting my X-ray was easy, and I was quickly directed to the correct part of the clinic. All staff members introduced themselves to me, which I really appreciate. I was happy with my interaction with Dr. Potter.

I chose to see Dr. Potter because I heard he is thorough and is good at explaining what the problem is and will tell you if you need some other kind of treatment. This worked out to be true. He listened to my concerns. I had seen another doctor in your practice about a year ago and came out with no idea what my problem was or why the treatment proposed was needed. Dr. Potter made it clear.

I was sent to this doctor by my primary care MD. For a painful shoulder.He ordered an x-Ray the day of my appt so it was available for my appt. Spent time looking into the situation before a possible diagnosis. He cared!

I sent a message the prior night and his staff called me the next morning and got me in at 9:00am. That was fantastic and I was very happy.
