In general, the experience with zoom is by its nature, not as personal or fulfilling as an in office visit but Dr. Grace Chang does what she can to personalize it and make me feel that we're in agreement about drugs, treatment etc or if I have questions about treatments or drugs prescribed, she makes a good case for going forward with drugs/treatments.

Dr. Chang is very efficient; however, I sometimes feel the visit is rushed and that she hasn't refreshed on our prior visits/discussions before she sees me. My sense is this is a result of the current healthcare system that allows doctors little time with patients. Otherwise, I feel Dr. Chang is well qualified and respectful.
