Carly is a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with particular interest in preventative heart disease, advanced lipid testing and heart failure management. She received her B.S.N. from Mount St. Mary’s College and later received her M.S.N. from UCLA. As an R.N. she worked for 5 years at St. John’s Health Center in the Intensive Care Unit, caring for patients after open heart surgery and coronary intervention.

Carly enjoys spending time with her husband, cooking, and being physically active. She has competed in several races, including Olympic distance triathlons, a marathon, and a 100-mile bike ride. Carly joined Pacific Heart Institute in 2011.
