I believe my most important role as a provider is to help you feel empowered. Empowerment allows for better lifestyle choices that result in better health and a more joyous life. I work closely with you to optimize your medications to help improve symptoms of pain, insomnia, depression, etc. However, I more importantly listen to your story to help identify areas of improvement in your lifestyle (examples: foods, sleep habits, movement, self-care practices, etc.) and help you make sustainable adjustments with the hope of improving your overall health and reduce your need for medications.
