Stefanie Greenfield, MSW

Stefanie Greenfield is a licensed clinical social worker currently assisting the primary care providers of Santa Monica Family Physicians run a collaborative care model for behavioral health. She received her B.A in psychology and Masters in Social Work at USC. In her career she has worked with teenagers, adults and older adults in settings ranging from addiction treatment, case management and clinics.

Stefanie’s passion has always been in the field of medicine. With a father who is an orthopedic surgeon and a mother who is a nurse, she was destined to end up working in a medical setting.

At age 9, Stefanie was diagnosed with two auto-immune diseases which lead her to social work, wanting to support the emotional health of patients in medical settings. She uses her personal experiences, education and clinical judgment to help provide support to patients.
