While it took me 9 months to finally get my initial consultation with Dr. Massoud, I was impressed with and reassured by his thorough communication throughout the process of promptly investigating some abnormal mammogram results even before I was officially established with him.

Careful listener, respectful (empathetic comments, cognizant of how life stressors can affect health, considerate). He has a manner that puts me at ease in discussing my health concerns. He is knowledgeable and thoroughly answers my questions, gives context so directives are clear, routinely asks if I have questions about his directives or recommendations. Just a nice guy, too. Great experience for my annual physical exam

This was a new patient appointment to establish care. My previous Providence provider had retired and I was forced to find a new provider. So glad I found Dr. Massoud. He treated me with respect and was willing to listen to my concerns, not focusing on clicking buttons. I am sorry I stayed with my previous provider so long. I now have someone who I feel will actually take care of me. His Medical Assistant was very nice and the front desk was too.
