About Granthem T. Farr
Dr. Farr enjoys the ability to be with patients during such an important moment in the patient and their family's lives. The pulmonary outpatient practice is where Dr. Farr fell in love with longitudinal medicine: meeting and managing chronic diseases to help people understand their condition and be as healthy as they can be. Dr. Farr’s favorite part of his job is the people he encounters, and having the opportunities to sit with them in the ICU, walk them through a complex disease like pulmonary hypertension, or give them the good news that the lung nodules were not cancer. He believes it’s in those moments where he can make medicine understandable and approachable to people who may not understand all the medical jargon.
