I believe it takes more than a few appointments to know if a provider is right for you. I look forward to getting to know Dr. Nguyen, and her know me. So far, I feel like I am a priority.

Dr. Nguyen was very professional and efficient. She was open to my ideas and talked through them with me to determine if they were appropriate or not. I prefer to have a good dialogue with my providers and Dr. Nguyen met that. It was great to finally meet my PCP!

It was somewhat difficult to answer some of these questions because this was my first visit with Dr. Nugyen. I was referred to Dr. Nugyen by my physician who retired from her practice. I had been her patient for 35 years and trusted her recommendation. Even after the first new-patient visit, I knew Dr. Nuygen was the right recommendation.

This was first visit with new primary after previous primary closed her practice. After many searches for female physician accepting new patients near me, I was able to schedule a new patient visit with this physician. The appointment was very comfortable, and even though she did not yet have all my 20 years of care with others outside this system. During the months that I was without a primary, I was able to use the nurse help line when I tested positive for Covid. Zoom visits were set up and medical care and advice was received. I appreciated this service very much.

Dr Nguyen was very kind and listened intently to my concerns and what I had to say.

She was just good

I had a physical last Dec. My Dr ordered an u/s, which was suspicious for cancer cells so she immediately set me up with a specialist to further investigate this. The biopsy confirmed the cancer, & I was scheduled for surgery & treatment in a timely manner. All visits were with very personal & attentive care, explaining everything so it's easy to understand.

This practice is very good. All the people there are nice and informative. I have always had good help there

Hard to answer all questions..New to OR Health Care. Dr's visit was first visit in year of being in this State. Have seen Physicians assistant who is very helpful. I know COVID has overwhelmed the health care system so my time with Dr. Was limited, but have NO complaints with Dr. Nguyen at all or with any of staff at all. In fact visit last time I had a Very kind and sympathetic nurse taking blood pressure etc.Wish I remembered her name. She knew I was In depression because of loss of a son recently and was very kind. Really appreciated her kindness.

This was actually a Zoom meeting and I felt well heard, that my Dr was patient and informed and gave me the time I needed to express myself.

This was my first time as a new patient and my records from my previous primary care physician were misplaced. So she did not have them. It was not her fault.I really liked her very much.

Disappointed that the CT scan didn't reflect the severity of my problem and I had to push on my own to resolve. I feel fortunate that someone listened to me.

I have always had great care at this doctor's office

I've seen Dr Nguyen twice now. I never get a sense that she's listening to me. I'm a bit frustrated that my doctors don't appear to communicate

This was my first visit with Dr. Nguyen, as my previous provider had retired. She was very personable, and I appreciated that she had reviewed my records prior to seeing me, which made it easy to focus on future plans rather than past history.

The provider took my concerns seriously and ordered a broad range of tests to be done. After the provider saw me, I was waiting a long time in the room for a nurse to release me. Because I was short on time, I ended up leaving before being released.

I very much appreciate Dr. Nyugen's patience and caring and her knowledge base.

This was my first visit to this clinic. I found the whole office very friendly and professional and was very impressed with the doctor. She is warm and friendly and listened to all my concerns, particularly regarding one of my prescription medications. I appreciate the compromise we reached after discussion and felt that she understood and recognized my concerns. I look forward to seeing here again.
