All good. Stephanie Bedolla, NP is an outstanding medical practitioner and an exceptional listener. Earlier in the survey I Indicated that I never got a call about test results; however, I did see the test results online plus the NP's comments and exchanged comments.

The doctor and medical assistants are wonderful. The appointment was a new patient appointment. When I called to make the appointment I had to wait almost 6 months to be seen. I have used my chart to request prescription refills. My phone calls to the office always go to voicemail. My provider is communicating through my chart. She has responded to all of my questions the same day. And at times within the hour. I would recommend this provider and office to a friend but explain to them they may need to wait for routine appointments.

Appointment was to meet Stephanie, the new practitioner. She was very nice and went over all my medical records. Great asset to Windsor!

I always feel like I could use more time but Stephanie was very nice and did a great job answering the questions I was able to ask. She said we would continue with the other questions and things I needed done at our next appointment. Unfortunately, a well patient appointment wasn't available until October. I am not going to be here in October so I had to schedule it for December when I plan to be here.

It was my initial visit with Ms. Bedolla after the other NP/primary retired. It was a very positive experience as she was friendly, knowledgeable, addressed concerns on the spot, did a few in-office tests (A1C, EKG) to familiarize with some issues, was forthcoming and honest, and seemed to care about my treatment options and where my health status was. A very good first visit/experience.

I've always had great service. On the [Date] I had a specific problem, a UTI that needed to be dealt with. There was no need to have history or medical reports. A test was done, pooping positive, subscription provided, and the visit ended. I very much appreciated the office seeing me same day as my call!
