Staff and doctor were professional, through and efficient.

Dr. Eric Chu is very professional and very good at what he does. The last time I saw him was 5 years ago and he still remembered me when I came in last week. He still remembers my concerns then and was very pleasant and took the time to talk to me on this visit, I was not rushed at all. He listens to his patients which is one of the important factors I consider when choosing a provider. Please pass on my positive feedback to him and kindly thank him for me. I appreciate it. Dr. Chu is one of the most highest ranking Doctors there at Mission, in my experience and others as well. I would trust him with my life. And I can't say that about all Doctors.

Dr. Chu explained in depth the reasoning for the x-ray and the upcoming endoscopy. I left the appointment feeling comfortable with the reasoning behind the procedures ordered. I was not rushed at all. I will recommend Dr. Chu to my friends.

The doctor and nurse were great!

While I did like the doctor and he was easy to speak with, I am feeling uncertain that he took my concerns seriously enough. The fact that he did put me on a new medication, but didn't want me to schedule a follow up appointment with him to meet and discuss whether it is working or not has me concerned. I specifically asked if I should schedule a follow-up visit and was told, if it works then no. Also, his response to one of my other questions is concerning to me as well. This was my first time visiting this doctor and was hoping to establish a long-term relationship, but not certain at this time.

Dr. Could not answer questions about how other prescribed medications (not prescribed by him) could or would affect my medical condition. He made no effort to look into into and told me I should research it myself. He did not take time to address my concerns even though I have a potentially serious condition. Would not recommend him as a specialist.

Easily the worst doctor visit ever. It took months to get an appointment because I was always promised that I'd get a call back which didn't happen. Finally it did. Then Dr Chu met with me for about 5 min, left the room, and after 30 min, I just went to the nurses desk. One gave me a requisition for a test. I called later with 3 questions about that test. It's been 4 days, no call back. I think I need to switch to [ID] & find a decent GI doc

My good experience started when I called to schedule my appointment as a new patient. The office staff answered the phone in a timely manner & I was able to get an appointment with Dr Chu within 2 weeks. That's rare these days! The office was very nice during the scheduling of the appt & during my visit. Dr Chu listened to my concerns & explained my upcoming procedure thoroughly. Dr Chu, the anesthesiologist. Nurses & staff all were excellent. I highly recommend Dr Chu & his team.

Dr. Chu was able to schedule a colonoscopy very quickly after my initial appointment with him.

My husband is a patient and so now i'm a patient too. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable. Staff is always so nice.

Didn't seem to care

Visit went as expected. Scheduled a Colonoscopy 3 weeks later.

I spent an $[ID] copay to see dr chu and all he would do is tell me to take a laxative. He did not ask enough questions, offer to do tests, explain why I was having issues, nothing. Anyone could've told me to take a laxative.. Office was very nice, doctor couldn't be bothered. Disappointing!

Everybody was absolutely wonderful, and made us feel very comfortable. They answered all the questions we had, and had all the right answers.

Dr Chu provides excellent service and expertise. He listened to me, explained my treatment and addressed my concerns with professionalism and compassion. In my book, he is an awesome physician!

This is my first time with Dr. Chu because I recently changed health insurance providers. He hadn't received my medical records prior to our visit, but he asked excellent questions during my visit with him. Based on his questions, our conversation, and his plan for further testing to determine the cause of my health problems, I feel he is knowledgeable and experienced and that I am able to trust him to help me get the diagnosis, care, and treatment I require. As I continue to undergo various tests I trust he and his office to follow up with me in a professional and caring manner.

Dr. Chui took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on several things I was unsure if. I really appreciate his guidance and everyone at the office was nice and helpful.

I was very pleased to be referred to Dr Chu. He listened & put me at ease. He Explained everything in a way I understood.

Dr. Chu was very precise. The nurse assistant was awesome too with going over the information regarding the colonoscopy prep paperwork. I felt thoroughly informed.

Great doctor, very kind, knowledgeable, took the necessary time. I called in Jan 2023 and.this appointment was the 1st available for this practice. Three months seemed a bit long of a wait to see a provider. Procedure to be performed in July, another 3 month wait.
