I felt rushed & we did not discuss my low thyroid results. I just start a thyroid medication in the last six months. In addition, I have been feeling very overwhelmed & stressed with work, but no acknowledgment was made to my stress. I am on [ID] & will be asking my about my Gynecologist about possibly increasing my [ID] to help my depression, but Dr. Frankwich did not discuss my thyroid and the impact it could have on my depression/anxiety.

Dr. Frankwich is a very attentive doctor. She is always eager to address all concerns and explain information. While some physicians can respond to older patients as though they are all suffering from brain fog, she never seems to differentiate by age as she offers treatment advise or asks questions for further clarification.

Efficient office

As a specialist, Dr Frankwich is always concerned about my blood sugar and thyroid counts. As an excellent provider she also is concerned with my general health and well being. I told her I was no longer taking salt tablets prescribed by my cardiologist because they made me vomit if I took them too close to a meal, which is hard to avoid. I said I was maintaining SBP>[ID] by keeping well hydrated. She wanted to know exactly how much water I was drinking daily and if I felt dizzy in the shower. Her concern and care goes beyond her specialty.

She's the best!

It's extremely important to me for any provider to listen to me and to clearly and respectfully answer questions. I won't stay with a provider who doesn't. This was my first visit to Dr. F. She was great.

The Provider is always friendly and attentive.The front office staff - the staff member who checked me in was a bit unkept in her appearance and was eating during the 35 minutes I waited in the waiting area. The staff member who made my next appointment and checked me out was accommodating and friendly.

Dr. Frankwich always reviews my medical history and results before the call and thus, comes prepared. She noticed I was seeing a gastroenterologist a lot so asked about that right away. She pointed out that these gastro issues maybe be affecting absorption of vitamins and [ID] meds. She works with the patient and understands each individuals needs. She never feels rushed and is a very good listener.

I was surprised that the office called back to schedule my next appt and it was in the timeframe the doctor requested, two months, I didn't have to wait an extra month like last time (4mos). Dr Frankwich evaluates how Im feeling, symptoms Im experiencing In addition to my lab work and I think that makes her a better doctor than other endocrinologists I've seen. I never feel rushed either, am able to get all my questions answered. I feel like she is more collaborative w her patients than other doctors I've seen, and I appreciate that.

Excellent visit with Dr Frankwich, but had to wait 4 months to get in to see her.

She was excellent at explaining things in an easy to understand manner, she took all the time I needed to talk about my condition and concerns. She was very reassuringly about my situation, she seemed very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I liked her very much and I felt totally at ease.It was however very hard to get an appointment I had to wait for almost six months.

Karen listened to all of my questions and was genuinely interested to figure out my health issues. Not all Drs go as far as she did. She reviewed all of my medications to help figure out my if they could be causing side affects I was feeling rather that what she had prescribed. She is awesome and I trust her with my health.
