They gave me a wrong requisition for the mammogram when I called two times they never called me back so I had to go back to the office and get it corrected. The front office staff never apologize until I had to share my concern over and over with them, and at one point, they said sorry. Why would they give the wrong diagnosis for the mammogram requisition and create more anxiety on the patient and never even cared how they made his patient feelThe doctor was 45 minutes late to the visit, and she never acknowledged that she was late
