Very professional
Providence Patient
Always good. Excellent doctor and staff.I am extremely satisfied with Providence and recommend them to others.
Providence Patient
She was calm and professional and answered my questions. She made a mistake in recounting what she believed I had told her during a previous visit, and seemed unaware of some aspects of my medical history.
Providence Patient
All my doctors are wonderful.
Providence Patient
Provider was cold and didn't comment on condition that the routine exam was for. Medicines were not explained to my satisfaction but I thought info on sheet afterwards would explain condition and new meds prescribed but it didn't have any info about visit. New condition was only referenced as mild but I was stupid not to ask better questions so I bear majority of blame for finding out;not provider. I messaged my follow-up questions. And I have follow up in 6 months. I think I was too harsh in my responses as I accept my part in this.
