My Visit with Jill Olmstead was better than expected. She took her time to sit and listen to my concerns and explained things in a way I understood. My only concern was that I was given an "urgent" referral to see Dr. Madrigal and her first availability wasn't until [Date]. And even though it was "urgent" I still had to wait over a week to see Jill.

She is a genuine, loving person that I would recommend to anybody I care for her dearly, and she always looks at my situation and understands how I feel and what I'm going through And follows through with my needs

As a nurse practitioner Jill was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. She was considerate and explained all the questions I had. I have an appt. For a follow up and I know to go over some new medications that I taking to see how they are working. She is very competent.

She was knowledgeable concerning what I was there for. She has not given me results of tests ordered because I have not taken them yet. Staff was very helpful looking for a place I could go to get the tests done.

This provider listened to my concerns and conducted the procedure according to my wishes and needs. She was able to do the procedure in a very gentle manner that saved me from having discomfort.

Jill did an excellent job of listening to my concerns and taking them seriously, which I greatly appreciated. She also provided me with materials regarding a change of diet. Having everything written down and given to me was a huge plus, since my memory is not the best! I would definitely recommend her.

I have seen Jill over the years but most recently since Dr Carr retired. She is fantastic and very caring. Not many like her. Please don't let her go.

A health care visit with Dr. Jill Olmstead is always an excellent experience as she is very attentive and she truly cares about her patient's health care need. I would recommend her to my families and friends for their G.I. Health care needs. She reviewed my medical record on her computer and she right away knew what I needed based on my past health care needs.

I have been. Very satisfied with all my doctors and specialist. I am very dissatisfied with trying to get appointments especially with specialist. I called an April I needed to see a Gas religious.I was losing a lot Of weight And having a lot bowl Movements. They told me. They have an appointment in September. I was lucky I got the appointment with. Jill. Add a cancelation that's why I was able to see her then.

Consultation/follow-up visit was informative, I'm most comfortable w/her regarding my medical issues, and leave with a sense of relief after my visit w/her!!

I have always been very grateful for excellent care I have received from my care provider. Never ever have I had a bad experience with any of the health care givers.
