Dr. Austin Sue attended medical school at Ross University, School of Medicine in New Jersey, completed his residency and in family medicine at Kern Medical Center in California, and fellowships in hospice and palliative care medicine at UCSF Fresno in Fresno, California.

Dr. Sue was awarded chief resident and resident of the year during his time at Kern Medical Center. He also gives back to the community through a multitude of volunteer programs.

Giving back internationally by using medical background knowledge to help local non-profit organization chapter. Using what we consider excess to be given to third world countries and supply their hospitals. Receive, sort, and prepare donations and supplies for international distribution.

2. Elementary School Child Health and Disability Prevention Program

Position: Physician

Bakersfield, California (2015)

Assistant educational director for medical students and residents in community project. Provided free physical examination, screening for diseases and health checks in local elementary school for children in an underserved community.

3. High School Sport Health Screenings

Position: Physician

Bakersfield, California (2013-2014)

Free sports physical examination for local high schools thus allowing them to focus on their education while allowing them to challenge themselves physically in team sports.

4. Samaritan's Sunday

Position: Volunteer

Bakersfield, California (2012 to 2014)

Food bank distribution for indigent families in the underserved community. Supporting them emotionally while providing families with healthy food options and groceries.

5. Physicians for Human Rights in World Diabetes Day

Position: Event Program Director

Vieille Case, Commonwealth of Dominica (2007)

Designed a free health screening event for a small, local community in the third world country of Dominica. Provided indigent, local villagers their first ever health screening. Broadcasted great awareness in the community for healthy living, preventable diseases such as diabetes and hypertension causes, and medical access. Facilitated the organization of two student run campus medical groups for the health screening as the event director.

Volunteered to spend quality time with hospice patients. Maintained optimism for patients who felt they did not have more to look forward to during their declining health conditions.
