Dr. Diana Tran-Kim is an Ob-Gyn physician and grew up near Montreal, Canada and moved to Texas where she attended high school and college. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in Biology and French from Houston Baptist University. She is fluent in French and Vietnamese.
Dr. Tran-Kim attended medical school in West Virginia at WVSOM and did her Obstetric/Gynecology residency training in Brooklyn, NY. She continued to work in Manhattan, NY as staff faculty at New York University and Lenox Hill hospitals. Dr. Tran-Kim's medical background is founded on the principles of osteopathic medicine in which the belief of helping the whole body to be in good health in order to maximize the body's own healing is key.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children doing activities outdoor such as running, hiking, snowboarding, and scuba diving. She participated in a documentary about pregnancy along with thirteen mothers called 40 Weeks, which premiered at the Angelika Theater in New York City, and is participating in the follow-up documentary, One."
