The provider actively listened to what I had to say however, she made me feel as though the appointment needed to move faster because she was 15 minutes behind for appointments.Providence Patient
I felt she was thorough. She is a dermatologist not a primary. I was seeing her for a rash my FP would be good to have looked at by someone who looks at these things all the time. I agreed. She was helpful, looked, listened, and gave me one prescription for ON my skin and the other a scrip for over the counter skincare med. I did need send a message thru My Chart asking about my rash as I felt it had a component to it we had not talked about. I asked her how to take care of it and the message back was clear as to what I needed to do. The people that assisted with the information I sent as a follow up to give doc more info and then the person I called me the next morning to deliver doctors message were both very polite and helpful. All good. Thank you!Providence Patient
