I was very pleased with the care that I received from everyone in the office. They had genuine concern for my wellbeing.

Great visit

Great office. All staff makes you feel important. Dr. Patel had a lot of my records to review due to a recent hospital stay. He was familiar with my records and help to get my medicines regulated. He always responds to my concerns and helps me to find solutions.

Dr. Patel explains things in a very easy to understand language. He sets out a plan for future visits and tests. He makes it a point to connect on a personal level. He obviously cares for his patients' well being.

Dr. Patel is wonderful, he explains things very well, his staff is also very knowledgeable and nice to talk to you. Dr. Patel has my best interest in mind all the time. My only concern, on a different subject, is with Provident. Providence will not except my wife as a patient because she has Insurance., Partnership as her primary, finally, they got her a doctor out on [Location]. Hopefully this will be good, but I am 70 years old. She is 50. I don't know if she is getting the proper care, I would be happier if she was with Providence, because I was born in [ID] Hospital and I know. [ID] has always taken very good care of me. I don't want my wife to die before me. What can I do about Insurance, and of course I hope it doesn't cost anything, feel free to call me. With any information you might think of. Thanks, [Name(s)]

Excellent care provided. My biggest concern is the prescription medicine as It appears the Insurance company Is keeping me on edge on getting refills approved (blood thinner). Other than that everything being provided for my medical care has been excellent. [Name(s)]

Dr. Patel listens to everything I have to say he's very knowledgeable gives good advice and is not rushed.

Dr Patels office is always very helpful and gets right back to me when I send a message.I get an appt right away when needed unlike alexander valley health care which takes months so you don't need one any more.Thank You and every one that works there for taking good care of me.I do think it would be helpful to have a drs list or sign when you get off the elevator at each floor

Dr. Patel is the best! He's my mom's cardiologist also.

Dr. Patel was highly recommended by a nurse Practitioner who sees almost all the doctors practicing there. I was very impressed with him at this first visit and will undergo a procedure from him shortly at the hospital.

This provider is excellent about an argumentative, expressive patient like me. He is firm, without getting "up on his 'high horse'."

While It's not easy to get in to see Dr Patel immediately, I understand he's a very busy man and had a full schedule of patients. He is always responsive, kind, thorough and professional. I feel very lucky to have Dr Patel as my cardiologist.

Waiting time is nearly "0". Always on time, very unusual for a doctors office. Always friendly courteous service. I feel I have the Best, Most Knowledgeable Cardiologist on the West Coast. His staff are always friendly and always very courteous. They treat like an important individual and not just another number. I would NOT want to go anywhere else.....

The Dr, seemed to have other things on his mind during the visit and wasn't addressing my blood tests or much of anything else.

He considered a possible cause for the cause of my new symptom that I had not thought of and made a plan to do a less invasive test his suggestion before prpoceeding to the more invasive testing that my cause would entail.

My experience with the care that I received from Dr. Patel has always been excellent. I have seen him over the last seven years, and I am very happy with the care he has provided me during that period.

All personnel were extremely welcoming and polite, and also made me feel right at home with conversation and obvious concern about me as a person and not just as a "patient". I actually look forward to appointments knowing what a friendly and concerned group they all seem to me.

The DR. Was professional and thorough.

The team was very helpful in getting an appropriate technician for my needs while I was there.

This provider performed a vein ligation on my husband's leg approximately six years ago. It was a success and he is an excellent physician. I wanted him to do the same procedure on my aching leg because we were pleased with him before. He impressed me at my consultation, and his staff impressed me with their competence. It's all good.

Dr. Vishal Patel is a very experienced and patient-focused cardiologist. He has provided comprehensive medical since diagnosing my [ID] heart attack in 2020. As such I have not had a recurrence and my cardiovascular health is excellent.

Dr.Patel is my Cardiologist. EKG was done. It was determined I may need a Pacemaker. I have stopped one medication and will be reporting results to Dr Patel this coming week. We will be determining if the Pacemaker is needed.

Records person in Patel's office was especially professional and helpful.

Dr Patel made time in his already over booked schedule to see me as a ZOOM patient. My husband and I are both grateful for his time attention to my situation. It was obvious from the information he shared that he had already taken time to review my unusual circumstances.

Office staff is very efficient, courteous and friendly. Dr Patel is a wonderful provider. He is very knowledgeable regarding my medical issues, gives me the best care possible and is a wonderful communicator. His medical tech Kenneth is very competent, follows up on questions and requests.

Annual visits are scheduled a year out for either GP care or specialist care at the time of the prior annual vis, so no problems reserving a year out. No bad experiences, Both GP and specialist care are excellent and very diligent

I think Dr. Patel is an excellent provider. He is always up to date on my history, explains things well, and involves me in decision making. Also makes time to answer my questions. The MA's are also very friendly and kind. My only problem with the office has been getting prescriptions sent in to my new drug plan provider. I think that is now resolved.

Great service/great care

Dr spent time giving me options to treat my varicose veins and explained why I needed treatment. He asked a lot of questions and was a great listener and was very kind.

This visit was for an in office surgical procedure. I was working with Kristie doing ultrasound, Kenneth as the nurse, as well as Dr. Patel. They were all professional and courteous, but they were also human and not cold at all. I can't say it was an enjoyable experience, but they made it a lot easier.
