Wait time is much too long for an appointment.Appointments are in a huge Rush I freeze up and get pressure anxiety. This trip, I left without being exactly clear on what we were doing. YOU NEED MORE DRS. JANELLE CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH! She is an Excellent PA.

Janelle is a new provider for my meds and performed excellently.

The care staff have always addressed my scheduling and communication with all issues necessary for seamless, friendly attitude. My provider, even though filling in for my regular staff, was very familiar with my case and went beyond my expectations in providing for my needs. All in all, I was very pleased with my care, as always. Thank you again Kadlec!!

Dr was very good at explaining that even after receiving and reviewing my test I had to make sure my other injury on my foot injury thank you

I had a 50th Anniversary trip planned & she mussel relaxers to get me through the 16 day cruise. I would have gotten to go on that trip without them which I appreciated. She also helped me decide what the next steps for me would be again much appreciated...

I personally like Dr Hyatt. My health situation is very complicated as I have a lot going on and she listens to me and is empathetic and is helping me with ways to control my pain as sometimes pain meds don't always help. She's been a huge help to me.

I'd been in pain for 11 days. Would have nice if I could get a few pain pills. I'm not a drug addict. Other than that the dr helped me get a MRI sooner than later. Very much appreciate her. I do understand the drug policy. Looking forward to my appointment on Monday. Thank you.

I have had wonderful care from my kadlec family for nearly 12yrs.I Have been shown total kids and respect from the entire office. I love and trust them all

NP Janelle Hyatt was courteous and well prepared. She proposed a second- choice remedy for my trouble as the first looked improbable with my coming travel plans. Next day I called in as she had advised. Upon learning that #1 could not work (as fully expected), I requested #2 and it was ready in two more days' time --- plenty for my schedule and a great relief to my wife and me both.Particular compliments to NP Hyatt for this visit.

They're very accurate with the injection's thus far which has given me the most relief possible based on my lower back condition. That's given me some quality to life, thank you so much!
