Tiah Foster, MD, became a medical provider because she loves being helpful and likes her patients. “I always find them interesting,” she says.
In her practice, Dr. Foster emphasizes prompt, professional care. She considers her most important role as a medical provider is to stay up to date and listen to her patients. “Do the best you can and get a consultation when you need one,” she says. Dr. Foster also adds that all the providers at her clinic provide very high-quality care.
Dr. Foster earned her medical degree at St. Louis University in Missouri. She completed an internship at Fresno General (now the University of California San Francisco, Fresno), and residency training at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. In addition, Dr. Foster has special training in psychiatry.
Although she’s originally from Iowa, Dr. Foster has lived in Colorado, California, Vermont, North Dakota and Arizona. In her spare time, she plays the harp, practices yoga and tai chi, and likes learning other languages.
