You’ve come to the temporary site of Providence General Foundation. We’re building a brand new website to better connect with you, share inspiring stories of impact and give you the information you need. Until that site is up, here’s some information and ways to contact us:
Providence General Foundation partners with donors to invest in the quality of health care at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
Through the stewardship of donor gifts, we support programs and services offered by Providence Everett, with special emphasis on reaching the most vulnerable in our community. We raise funds for new and improved technology to enhance medical excellence in heart care, pediatrics, cancer, vascular and emergency medicine.

There are many ways to support the Providence General Foundation. Gifts may be unrestricted and used in the area of greatest need or directed toward a particular program or purpose. Some donors use annual giving to support the ongoing needs of Providence, while others use gift planning to leave a legacy to the organization or to make major gifts to the Medical Center during their lifetime. Here are a few ways that you can help support the healing mission of Providence General Foundation and Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
A cash gift is the most common donation made to the Foundation. We accept personal checks, credit cards, and cash. Gifts can be made online using a credit card. We can also set up a recurring gift for those who choose to give on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
Tribute Gifts are a meaningful way to remember or pay tribute to a family member, colleague or friend. Contributions are made in the name of an individual, and a notification is sent to the individual or family that a tribute gift was made.
Gifts of appreciated securities or real estate are great alternatives to cash gifts. These gifts can generate a double tax benefit. Donors receive an income tax deduction for the full fair market value of the property while often avoiding capital gains taxes. Learn more about gifts of stock and securities.
From a donor's perspective, planned giving is attractive for many reasons. It may allow you to make larger gifts than you otherwise could out of your current assets. They may also let you receive a stream of income for life, earn higher investment yield, or reduce your capital gains or estate taxes. Planned gifts often appeal to people who want to contribute to a charitable organization but are uncertain of their income needs during their lifetimes. Learn more about planned gifts.
We are in the midst of another surge of COVID-19 patients in our community, and across the nation.
The Providence General Foundation has established a special local COVID-19 Relief Fund to respond to the urgent needs at Providence Regional Medical Center. Your support will help equip our medical teams fight this virus quickly and effectively and make a difference to the Providence caregivers working around the clock, and the patients who depend on them.
We’re on the front lines of an unprecedented crisis, doing everything we can to help. We know that our community has never needed our hospital more. And we have never needed our community more. Thank you, again, for standing with us. Support from our community is so appreciated!
Because of our donors, Festival of Dreams raised more than $1.2 million dollars to expand the Boyden Family Autism Center! We are so grateful for this generous community! A special thank you to Richard and Judy Boyden for their matching gift, to sponsors for supporting Festival of Dreams through this unique year and to ALL who contributed.
Construction crews are already starting on the expansion and expect to have it ready to serve more children by late spring. This project will more than double the size of the autism center to make room for four times as many children and allow for ten times the total clinical hours. That means shorter wait times for diagnosis and treatment.
Due to restrictions on large gatherings, the 2021 Epicurean Affair which is normally held in March, will not take place as scheduled. The health and safety of our community is our number one priority. We continue to evaluate the feasibility of future events and will release more information once it is available.
