Earn Choose Well points
In addition to improving one’s community, volunteerism can also benefit your well-being. Volunteering has been proven to decrease the risk of depression, boost self-confidence, lower stress, and help develop new relationships. That is why Choose Well is offering up to 500 points a quarter (2,000 total) towards your rewards and incentive.
By utilizing the Action Hub, a systemwide platform that supports caregiver volunteerism and engagement, a caregiver can earn Choose Well points. The Action Hub helps caregivers search for local volunteer opportunities, sign-up for events, log personal commitments, learn more about a variety of our community engagement efforts, and request small donations for one of our key community partners.
How do I get started?
Visit the Action Hub and input at least one volunteer hour on a quarterly basis.
How do I add my volunteer hours?
- Visit the Action Hub
- Click on the Volunteer tab in the top navigational bar
- Click on Record Hours
- Click on Get Started to complete a form or add hours to your volunteer history
When will I receive my points?
The 500 points will be automatically loaded into your Choose Well account on a monthly basis (once per quarter).
