Injuries, developmental disabilities, strokes — all of these can affect how we connect to the world and how the world interacts with us. The therapists in our rehabilitation department develop personalized treatment plans for each adult and child in our care. We’re dedicated to giving you the best possible care, so you can live your life to the fullest.

Our expert therapists treat a full range of conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Chronic pain
  • Developmental disabilities
  • Developmental Delays
  • Orthopedic injuries
  • Sports injuries
  • Stroke
  • Traumatic brain injuries
  • Work-related injuries

We provide coordinated outpatient care for children and adults to meet the individual needs of each patient, their families and care providers. We also reach out to communities through workshops, on-site ergonomic training and direct consultations with employers about health and wellness programs.

Our highly educated and experienced therapists are licensed by the State of Alaska. Your therapist will ask about your health history and perform tests and other measures to identify current or potential problems. With this information, they will develop an individualized care plan and work with you to set treatment goals.

We provide occupational, physical and speech and language therapy depending on each person’s needs.

  • Adaptive equipment assessment
  • Aquatic therapy
  • Balance training
  • Fitness for duty testing

Speech and language therapists help with these issues:

  • Cognitive rehabilitation following stroke and brain injury
  • Expressive and receptive language skills
