Providence Smoking Cessation Classes

Based on the American Lung Association’s Freedom From Smoking program, Providence smoking cessation classes are designed to help you quit smoking for good.

During this is an eight session class series, you will learn a systematic approach to quitting through behavior modification techniques, coping skills, social support and information on weight management, stress management and the role of medication.
