Home Care - Nurse Next Door - Anaheim
At Nurse Next Door, a division of Providence Home and Community Care, we’ve always thought aging was something to be celebrated. Happier Aging ™ means reconnecting seniors with interests, hobbies, and passions that might have gotten lost amid busy schedules, health concerns, or other distractions.
Before home care or home health begins a trusted care designer will meet with you to evaluate you or your loved one’s needs. A comprehensive home care plan is developed in collaboration with family, caregivers, and/or clinical support before services begin. By getting to know our clients from the outset, we can reassess services as health and care requirements change over time.
With hundreds of caregivers serving clients at all hours of the day, Nurse Next Door will customize a schedule that fits your needs. From daily grocery shopping, meal preparation, and walks in the park to medication reminders, assistance with activities of daily living, and companionship, our caregivers make it possible for seniors to live in their own home.

Maybe you've noticed that the mail is piling up or that mom has unexplained weight loss. Admitting that your loved one may need in-home help can be a difficult step. Accepting that you need assistance is not easy for people as they age. Sometimes the burden falls on the family to recognize the signs that a loved one may need extra help in the home.
We have developed a checklist to help guide you through this process. Our staff of licensed professionals are available to assist you in determining what type of care your loved one may need. Please call 866-279-9991 to discuss your care needs.
Billing and insurance
Services provided by our network will be billed to your insurance. We will obtain necessary authorizations from your insurance and physicians to determine home health care coverage eligibility. We will provide you with a financial responsibility letter outlining your insurance benefits and cost specific to the services rendered by our agency. This will help you make an informed decision about your care.
For patients with Medicare, Medi-Cal and or Private Insurance, we will bill your insurance directly. Patient responsibility, identified by your insurance carrier, will be billed to you on a monthly basis. For patients that do not have insurance coverage, we will bill you or your guarantor directly for the services rendered. As the patient, you are ultimately responsible for payment for the services rendered.
We have multilingual clinicians to meet a variety of languages represented in the community we serve. In addition, we provide telephone interpreter services through Pacific Interpreters. Call our intake department at 714-712-7110 and we will assist you in finding the right care.
