Fall prevention

Falls do not just happen because of aging. They are preventable with many different factors playing a role in causing falls. Learn more about our fall prevention program.

Neurological rehabilitation

We treat patients with a variety of neurological disorders, including Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, strokes, myasthenia gravis, Guillan-Barré and many more.

Occupational therapy

Occupational therapy helps people with physical, developmental or emotional disabilities lead independent, productive and fulfilling lives.

Physical therapy

Physical therapists diagnose and treat patients of all ages who have medical conditions, health-related problems or injuries that limit their ability to move and perform functional activities of daily life. The goal of physical therapy is to get you back to daily activity without pain as safely and quickly as possible.

SPEAK OUT!® & The LOUD Crowd®

A two-part speech therapy program to help individuals with Parkinson’s regain and maintain effective communication. Learn more about this program.

Speech therapy

Speech or language pathologists focus on evaluating, diagnosing and treating people with oral communication disorders. Speech therapists are instrumental in preventing problems related to speech, language, cognitive communication, voice and fluency. This includes both receptive (understanding speech) and expressive (speaking) communication problems. Speech therapists also treat people with swallowing disorders due to stroke, brain injury or nervous system impairments.

Rehabilitation

Sometimes, after a serious illness, surgery or illness, you need rehabilitation to help you recover. Providence rehabilitation teams typically include licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and exercise physiologists.
