Our patient accounts team works directly with insurance companies and patients to handle billing issues and answer any other questions related to your account. In keeping with our mission and core values, Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center helps people meet their health needs regardless of their ability to pay. We are committed to working with our patients through any financial issues, and offer financial assistance to eligible patients who do not have the financial ability to pay for their medical bills. If you are having trouble paying for all or some of your health care, we encourage you to talk with a financial counselor or someone in our business office about how we can help you.
Patients are strongly encouraged to ask for financial help before receiving medical treatment. However, you can also apply at any time while receiving treatment and for a period of time following the receipt of your initial bill.
