The celebration that is Providence Bridge Pedal has become a tradition. On Sunday, Aug. 9, for the 25th time, thousands of friends and neighbors will bike or walk across Portland’s Willamette River bridges. It is the only opportunity each year enjoy the car-free upper decks of both the Marquam and Fremont bridges.
With ride options from 3 to 23 miles, there are ride options for all cyclists. Not a cyclists? Providence Bridge Stride is a 5 mile walk over the Marquam Bridge and Tilikum Crossing.
