For those eligible, reserve a COVID-19 vaccination appointment

Providence St. Mary Medical Center is hosting a San Bernardino County COVID-19 mass-vaccination site at Our Lady of the Desert Catholic Church in Apple Valley.

While it is our goal to eventually accommodate each person who would like to receive the vaccine, San Bernardino County has developed a multi-phase approach for eligibility. All persons age 12 and over are eligible to receive the vaccine.
